1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time. You will be notified of the estimated processing time at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (150/-)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days(400/-)
  • Free Shipping: Only in Jaipur, Rajasthan

Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not account for unforeseen delays caused by weather, customs, or other factors.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with Ship Rocket to ship your orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by the destination country. Wonder Years is not responsible for these charges.
  • Delivery times for international orders vary based on location and customs clearance.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided through the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete at the time of order. Wonder Years is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at 8290988988. Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at +9108290988988 within 2 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Wonder Years is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
